Talent Referral Program FAQs

Q. Who can refer talent to Granola?

A. Anyone! Really — anyone can participate. The only rule is that only individuals can refer, not recruitment agencies.

If we find out a referral is connected to an agency, unfortunately, it won’t be eligible for the reward.

Q. What counts as a successful referral?

A successful referral is someone we hire within 6 months of you introducing them, who joins Granola as a full-time employee and passes their probation period (3 months).

• Candidates must be new to Granola — we define this as not having communicated with them, received their CV or application in the past (whether directly, or via a recruiter).
• Warm intros only: no cold LinkedIn lists.
